The award-winning model 900 VS and 900 VSX are ruggedly built for continuous production duty under severe conditions for up to 3 shifts per day.

The precision spindle is machined and ground from alloy steel for accuracy, rigidity, and long life. The quick-change pulleys provide power and convenience, so you’re machining workpieces quickly and at exactly the right rpm for your application.

The model 750 SS is a production duty router that is built for heavy-duty machining of light to medium materials up to 3 shifts per day. This mid-priced machine is ideal when you can sacrifice the mass, power, and precision of the 900 VS but can’t sacrifice quality, dependability, or performance.

The 500 VS (variable speed) is generally best used in intermittent duty and light production. Machine workpieces over 10x faster and easier than with a band saw, scroll saw, or hand router. The simplicity of this machine makes it easy to produce complex results, including highly detailed shapes, internal cutouts, slotting, hole boring, mortise cuts, and shaping.

Each one of Onsrud’s Inverted Routers® is capable of plunge routing and profiling both inside and outside cuts in hardwoods, softwoods, manmade woods, nonferrous metals, aluminum, and a variety of plastics and composites. Simplicity of setup and operation makes it easy for patternmakers and new operators to router joints, shape edges, bore holes, cut grooves, and more. Make your own templates directly on the machine to standardize your routing projects for consistently identical parts.
